This was such a fun read. So many boxes were checked with this book. It’s fun, it’s FUNNY, like laugh-out-loud funny at times. I was so here for the banter.
Monster book? ✅
Slightly campy but in a good way? ✅
Vampire + human couple? ✅
Age gap? ✅ (and for once not creepy and weird because the girl’s a teenager).
We have a fated mates vibe. A lovers turned to enemies, back to lovers plot (If you’ve read Bane you know I swoon for that one!). And an FMC who is absolutely BOSSING her job (again, my catnip).
Really enjoyed this one. It’s the first I’ve read by @lilithstoneromance but I’ll definitely be checking out the rest of the series.
